Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 11th May, 2021 (Annexure-5) passed by Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar -Opposite Party No.4 in Mutation Case No.23982 of 2020.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has efficacious remedy by filing an application under Rule 43 of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962. Hence, in order to move such an application, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.
