This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 25th March, 2014 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Second Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar in M.S. No.41/248 of 2010/1996, whereby an application filed by the Petitioner to lead secondary evidence has been rejected.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, submits that the Plaintiff-Petitioner has already written off the said amount. Hence, the CMP has become infructuous.

In view of such submission, the CMP is disposed of as infructuous.
