This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.2420 of 2022, arising out of Badagada P.S. Case No.139 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/323/294/506/34 of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Taking into account that the petitioner is a lady and in view of the Proviso under Section-437 (1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court

in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
