This is an application for extension of period of interim bail as had been granted to the Petitioner by order dated 06.12.2022 which has been subsequently extended by order dated 18.01.2023. 3.

Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Jena, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition, the period of interim bail, in terms of the order dated 06.12.2022, is hereby extended for a further period of four weeks from today with further direction that he will positively surrender on expiry of the period of interim bail. 5.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
