1. The Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 have filed their affidavits confirming that there has been a compromise between the parties.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.109 of 2013 arising out of Jagatpur PS Case No.28 of 2013, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Salepur and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
