1. From the counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 5 to 7, it appears that the Petitioners themselves have not come to the Court with clean hands as they themselves are encroachers and encroachment proceedings have been initiated against them.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court is not inclined to entertain this PIL and it is disposed of as such.
