1. Mr.Ragada, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition in course of hearing with liberty to surrender before the concerned court.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty prayed for.

3. In the event, the Petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today before the concerned court and moves for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law on the same day.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
