This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical mode).

The Petitioner having been implicated in Bargarh Sadar P.S. Case No.173 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. No.1007 of 2019 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 274/275 IPC read with section 2 of the Odisha Amendment Act, 1999 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh, has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusations as also the surrounding circumstances more particularly the involvement of the Petitioner in four other cases
// 2 // of similar nature; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 21.05.2020 stands vacated.
