This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. (Spl) Case No.59 of 2021, arising out of Rengali P.S. Case No.165 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 323/354-B/294/427/506/34 of I.P.C read with Section 3(1)(r)/3(1)(s) of SC & ST (P.A.) Act. 4.
Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the case diary that during investigation it has come to the fore that the offences and the SC & ST (P.A) Act is not made out against the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving
for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
