This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the criminal proceeding in G.R. Case No.361 of 2015, arising out of Orient P.S. Case No.22 of 2015, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioners to raise all such contentions at the time of framing of the charge before the court in seisin over the matter.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the liberty sought for.
