This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 16.11.2011 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sonepur in Criminal Revision Petition No.4 of 2010 confirming the order dated 21.12.2009 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur in CMC No.8 of 2007 wherein the learned S.D.J.M directed the Petitioner to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs.500/- from the date of filing of the case i.e. from 30.01.2007.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has no instruction in this matter.

Since none appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called and this matter is yet to be admitted and the Petitioner has lost interest in the litigation, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
