Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that they were released on bail on 25.3.2021 in C.T.Sessins No.101 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Hindol for alleged offence under Sections 341/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. and subsequently due to their non-appearance before the court below, for the reason of communication gap with their lawyer, NBW of arrest was issued against them on 9.3.2022. 3.
Thus, considering the limited nature of prayer and after hearing the learned counsel for the State, in the interest of justice, the Criminal Misc. Case is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioners surrender on or before 20th June, 2022 before the court below and move for bail, they be released
on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter. 4.
It is made clear that failing to surrender within the time stipulated above, this order shall not be given effect to. 5.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
