3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue notices to the Opp.Parties and after hearing the parties further be pleased to quash the Office Order vide Memo No.190/RMC/JYP, dt. 28.02.2022, under Annexure-7 and direct the Opp.Party No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-5 and 6 for promotion to the post of Jr. Clerk". 4.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 16.08.2021 at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, before the Sub-Collector-cum-Chairman, RMC, Jeypore, (opposite party No.4) but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
