This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4-Block Development Officer, Bhapur to pay the running bills of the petitioner which is pending before him since June, 2021.

Since the grievance of the petitioner appears to be purely a money claim, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the authority. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of agreement executed between the parties.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
