This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 591 of 2022, arising out of Baripada Town P.S. Case No.250 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/294/506/34 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement submits that, the victim has not attributed any overt act to the petitioners.

Taking into account such submission, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail,

the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
