1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.

2. Despite repeated calls, none appears for the petitioner.

3. It appears that defect has been pointed out by the S.R. Since last seven months, the petitioner is not bothered to remove the defect. In such circumstances, it is presumed that she is not interested to pursue the matter diligently.

4. However, as a last chance, the petitioner is granted one week time to remove the defect, failing which, this matter shall be automatically dismissed without further reference to the Court.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 and Court's Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
