This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.995 of 2022, arising out of Kissan Nagar P.S. Case No.64 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/354/34 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits F.I.R. at the instance of the Petitioner in Kissan Nagar P.S. Case No.65 of 2022 and submits that the present F.I.R. in which he seeking anticipatory bail is a counter blast.

Taking into account the allegation and the counter allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
