The Petitioner since claims right on the basis of personal right created through Hatapata, it is open to the Petitioner to go to appropriate forum for declaration of his right, title and interest. In the circumstance, this Court finds no purpose in entertaining the Writ Petition, which is dismissed but however with liberty to the Petitoiner that if he is so advised may approach under appropriate law.
