Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1 of 2022, arising out of Kamakhya Nagar P.S. Case No.1 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kamakhya Nagar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/366/368/294/323/506/34 of IPC.

Since the petitioner is the uncle of the principal accused Chandan Mallick, on considering the allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
