Heard Mr. P.S. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State - Opposite Party.

It is submitted that due to some inadvertent mistake in the order passed in connected case, the Petitioner could not surrender in time and the order in the connected case, i.e. CRLMC No.1130 of 2022 is modified by a separate order passed by this court today. 4.

Upon hearing both parties, the time period for surrender of the Petitioner is extended till 10th October, 2022. 5.

The I.A. is disposed of.
