The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. P.S. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State - Opposite Party.

It is submitted that the offences alleged against the Petitioner are under Sections 341/353/307/34 of I.P.C. and U/s.25/27 of the Arms Act. The certified copy of the charge-sheet as well as cognizance order is produced by the Petitioner and the same are kept in record.

Upon hearing both parties, the offences mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order dated 18th May, 2022 be read as "offences under Sections 341/353/307/34 of I.P.C. and under Section 25/27 of the

Arms Act." Further the time period for surrender of the Petitioner is extended till 10th October, 2022.

With aforesaid modification in order dated 18th May, 2022, the I.A. is disposed of. Rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered. 6.
