Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Spl. G.R. Case No.786 of 2020 arising out of Jadambo P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020 on the file of learned SDJM, Malkangiri, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/120-B/121/121A/364/307/149 of the I.P.C. read with Sec. 25/27 of the Arms Act, Sec. 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act/Sec. 16(I)(a)/18/20 of UAP Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri by order dated 15.03.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the recitals in the case diary, regarding criminal proclivity of the petitioner and eyewitness account, this Court is not inclined to entertain this BLAPL. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
