This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue Rule Nisi in the nature of writ of certiorari/mandamus calling upon the opp. Parties to show cause as to why the opp. Parties being the statutory authorities have not been directed to enquire over the matter, take steps to unearth the fraud committed for illegal recording of land of the petitioner in govt. Khata fraudulently without any notice and opportunity of hearing in the matter having scant regard to the rule of law and further as to why the opp. Parties shall not be commanded to take remedial steps for recording of land in the name of the petitioner in reference to the rayatidar patta under Annexure-1.

And if the opp. Parties failed to show cause or insufficient cause the said rule be absolute and action of the parties to evict as well as the consequential action thereto, be restrained;

And further be pleased to pass any other order(s) as deemed fit and circumstances of the case.

And for such act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray;"

In course of hearing, Mr. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.
