Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.
The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Tirtol P.S. Case No.196 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/323/506/377/294/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Taking into account that the petitioner is the married sister-in-law and keeping in view of the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
