Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The I.A. has been filed seeking extension of the period of interim bail as granted vide order dated 30.08.2022. 4.

Considering the submissions that the petitioner is yet to recover from Bronchial Asthma and requires treatment, prayer for extension of interim bail is allowed by one month. The petitioner shall surrender immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period. Surrender certificate be filed thereafter.
