2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. By way of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction to the Opp. Parties No.2 & 3 to take a decision on the representation dated 3.6.2019 vide Annexure-1 within a specific period and include the petitioner in OCS(Pension) Rules, 1992.

He further submits that though highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 30.5.2019 at Annexure-1 to the Writ Petition, before the Collector & District Magistrate, Bhadrak (opposite party No.2), but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.
5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this
// 2 // Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
