This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.116 of 2022 arising out Mahanga P.S. Case No.31 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Salipur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/417/419/420/406/409/506/34 of the Act. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail. Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms including that the petitioners shall furnish cash security to the tune of Rs.10,000/- which shall abide by the result of the trial.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
