The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) directing the opposite parties to treat the petitioner as regular staff nurse w.e.f. 13.12.2004 with all service benefits including pension w.e.f. the said date keeping in view the order of the learned O.A.T dtd.25.9.2014 and copies of implementation orders dated 8.6.2016 as at Annexure-5 & 6 series".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 09.03.2022 at Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
