Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, taking cognizance of the development in the suit that in spite of all the defendants have been set ex parte, the trial Court is not undertaking the exercise of trial of the suit and recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioners that the Petitioners are yet to file the draft issues, this Court in disposal of the present C.M.P. permits the Petitioners to file draft issues before the trial Court within a period of seven days hence and in such event the trial Court shall do well in finalizing the issues and attempting to dispose of the suit vide C.S. No.165 of 2015 within a period of six months thereafter. 2.
