The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the Opposite Parties to bring the petitioner into regular establishment and regularize the service in view of Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of Nihal Singh-vrs-State of Punjab reported in A.I.R.2013(S.C)3547 and another Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Narendra Kumar Tiwari-vrs.State of Jharkhanda reported in A.I.R 2018(S.C) 3589 by taking into account his valuable service under the Municipality and pass such other order as deemed fit at the fag end of the petitioner's service life".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 25.01.2022 at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, before the Executive Officer, Jharsuguda Municipality, Jharsuguda, (opposite party No.2) but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he
// 2 // prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
