Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "The Petitioner therefore prays that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties not to evict the petitioners from the case land without giving any opportunity.

And may be further pleased to pass such other order or direction as is found necessary for ends of justice as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that there is no step for eviction and there only involved a demarcation process.

Since there is no eviction process initiated involving the Petitioners, this Court finds, there is no scope for entertaining such Writ Petition, however, observes, there should not be eviction of the Petitioners without following due process of law. 5.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
