Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during pendency of the writ petition, against rejection of renewal of lease, the petitioner has already preferred revision, which is pending before the appropriate forum. Therefore, in view of the subsequent development taken place, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
