This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. (G.N) Case No.100 of 2022, arising out of Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.53 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Nyayadhikari Gramanyayalaya, Puri for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/324/336/34 of the IPC. 4.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
