Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has a statutory remedy of Revision involving the impugned order involved herein. The Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, For the Petitioner bona fidely prosecuting the litigation and this Court also entertained the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is at liberty to move the Revision at least within two weeks from today. Interim protection granted by this Court on 6.6.2008 in Misc. Case No.7400/2008 shall continue for three weeks, within which period the Interlocutory Application along with the Revision, if any, shall be considered and decided. 3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
