This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.244 of 2022, arising out of Patnagarh P.S. Case No.0073 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/323/506/307 and 34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the recitals in the Case Diary as stated by the learned Additional Standing Counsel that the injuries are simple in nature. Considering such submissions, this Court Directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail,
the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
