There is no authority in shape and style, "Southern Electricity Supply Company" existing as on date. The Writ Petition is accordingly dropped but however with liberty to the Party appropriate to continue with litigation, if necessary, by way of appropriate application. This Court records the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that there is clear provision of Appeal involving the impugned action.
