Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that Revision lies against the order impugned , i.e. dated 05.06.2013 passed by the Joint Secretary to Government, Department of Steel and Mines under Annexure 11.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of permitting the Petitioner to pursue his remedy by invoking Revisional Jurisdiction.
