This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 209 of 2020, arising out of Badasahi P.S. Case No.46 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Betnoti for commission of offence punishable under Sections 427/323/325/354/307/34 of the IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the co-accused has been released on anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 30.03.2022 in ABLAPL No.6711 of 2020. 5.
Taking note of the released of the co-accused, this Court directs that that on surrendering within three weeks hence and
moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
