There is no instruction from the side of the Petitioner as to the survivality of the suit of the year 1987. There is also no interim protection granted in the issuing of notice in the Writ Petition. 2.
In the circumstance this Court finds there is no scope for interfering in the impugned order otherwise. The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. Necessary intimation may be sent by the Registry to the concerned court.
