Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though this Court has no jurisdiction to interfere in such matter but to find out a resolution of the financial dispute between the Parties and the State has just overcome the corona effect along with suffering of all its citizens, this Court entertaining the Writ Petition disposes of the same by directing the Petitioner to deposit at least 50% of the outstanding as on date within 15 days along with her proposal for clearing the balance outstanding also along with the deposit. Provided the payment is made along with submission of appropriate Application, till a decision is taken on the proposal of the Petitioner, there shall be no coercive action involving the Petitioner. Since the vehicle is already under seizure, there should not be creation of 3rd party interest till disposal and the
