The petitioner having been implicated in connection with Dabugaon P.S. Case No.0007 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.21 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 417/419/420/120-B/34, I.P.C. pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Umerkote has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials as placed as also other surrounding circumstances, this Court finds no such reason/justification to entertain this application

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 04.09.2020 stands vacated.
