1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner assures the Court that the Petitioner will appear before the Court of the JMFC, Nimapara on the date to be fixed by the Court and his bail application may be taken up on the same day.

2. Subject to the Petitioner standing by the above assurance, he is directed to surrender before the JMFC, Nimapara on 4th July, 2022. His bail application will be taken up for consideration on the same day. No further orders are called for.

3. The petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
