Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Filing this Writ Petition, a serious allegation is made that there has been attempt of eviction of the Petitioners without following due process of law. This Court considering the allegation observes, in the event there is no proceeding of eviction initiated by the Competent Authority involving the Petitioners and finalized in the meantime, there cannot be any eviction without following due process of law.
