2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 25.06.2015 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. Motu in G.R. Case No.186 of 2014 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/294/506 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against him.
3. Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner being not the relation of the husband of the victim, the present proceeding against the Petitioner is misconceived. He further submits that he has no instruction in this matter as such liberty may be given to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions available to him at the time of framing of charge.
4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
