This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 597 of 2022, arising out of Balichandrapur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-323/506/354/354-B/376/511/34 of the I.P.C.

It is stated at the Bar that the allegations are against the principal accused- Sanjay Kumar Jena, who is not a petitioner before this Court.

Taking note of such submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
