This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

On the prayer of the Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the cause title vis-à-vis the offences in Court today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 200 of 2022, arising out of Purusottampur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Purusottampur for the alleged commission of offence

punishable under Sections-323/325/451/294/506/354/354B/379/34 of the I.P.C. 5.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary submits that the injuries are categorized simple. 6.

Taking note of such submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
