This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.
The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Special G.R. Case No. 24 of 2022, arising out of Bhanjanagar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhanjanagar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-2341/294/323/506/379/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section-3(1)(r)/3(1)(s)/3(2)(va) of the SC & ST (POA) Act.

It is stated at the Bar that the matter has been amicably settled and an affidavit to that effect is on record filed by the informant-Bulia Ghadei.

Taking note of the developments, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
