The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the order passed on 17.08.2016 by learned Special Judge, C.B.I.-IV, Bhubaneswar in T.R. No. 4 of 2006 transferring the case to learned Special Judge, C.B.I.-I for disposal in accordance with law. The CRLMC was filed way back on 02.11.2016 and in the meanwhile around six years have already passed. 4.
