Heard Mr.R.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.

On instruction learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that four bags of paddy have been seized by the Investigating Officer in connection with Pattamundai P.S. Case No. 6 of 2022 registered for commission of offences under Sections 294, 323, 354, 379, 506/34 I.P.C. and in such background if the petitioners want release of the seized articles, they should move the appropriate forum instead of rushing to this Court.

In such background Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present application as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for release of the seized articles.

Accordingly the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
