This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Pattamundai P.S. Case No.519 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 452, 294, 323, 324, 354, 307, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C., has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had approached this Court earlier vide ABLAPL No.11461 of 2021 and this Court on 29th October, 2021 had directed him to surrender before the court below, but instead of surrendering before the court below, he has again approached this Court by filing the instant bail

// 2 // application on the ground that co-accused has already been released on bail.

Once this Court has passed the aforesaid order, I am not inclined to review the same in this petition on the ground stated.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected.
